Read the documentation first

The documentation covers the editor, the data contract, the rendering API and the mobile app. Most questions about payload shape, pagination or fonts are answered there, and it is the same text our tooling reads, so it is never out of date with the product.

Write to us

Email info@composepdf.com. A real person reads it. To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:

• What you were doing, and what happened instead.
• The organization name shown in the app, and — if a render failed — the time it failed and the error text you saw.
• For a rendering problem, the template name. Do not send us credentials. We never need your password or an API key to investigate.

Mobile app

The iOS app opens published templates, fills them in and produces the PDF. Official templates work without connecting anything. To open your own templates and export PDFs, connect the device: in Compose PDF on a computer, press “モバイルからのアクセスを許可”, then type the eight-character code into the app. The code is valid for five minutes and can be used once.

To disconnect a device you no longer have, revoke its key from the same screen on a computer. Removing the app from a phone does not revoke the key by itself.

Accounts and billing

Plans and what each one includes are on the pricing page. Subscriptions are managed from the billing screen inside the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal — cancellations and payment method changes happen there.

Privacy and legal

What we store and for how long is in the privacy policy. The terms of service govern use of the product, and the notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions carries the seller information required in Japan. For a data subject request, write to the same address above.
